At the end of October NOAH project partners from Latvia, Estonia and Poland have met for the Latvian pilot sites visit and workshop.
On the first day was visited Jūrmalas ūdens Ltd to see a drinking water treatment plant with membrane filtration, locations of autosampler installation in a manhole dedicated for stormwater sampling in the NOAH project in Melluži, and the wastewater treatment plant in Sloka.
The second day was spent in Liepāja to visit the experimental setup of the Watson project in Liepājas ūdens Ltd, NOAH pilot sites. The day was finished with familiarization with presentations from RTU about the digital twin concept developed for Ogre River, as well as web platforms with stormwater infrastructure, including online sensors in Jūrmala and Liepaja. Meanwhile, RTU shared experience about technical issues with online equipment maintenance. After presentations partners had a workshop on the development of the SUDS concept after NOAH project finalization. This concept was presented to stakeholders from Latvia and Estonia.
On the final day, all partners trip to Ogre to visit NOAH pilot sites and Ogre Flood protection structures.
